Panic buttons are an invaluable way to protect loved ones in those moments where every second counts. Apart from medical emergencies, you can also use this device to contact emergency services if there are intruders in your home or a fire alert. The 2GIG wireless panic button is a water-resistant device so it can get wet and still function normally.
This compact device can be placed in any convenient location, mounted to a wall, or even worn personally with the included wristband, lanyard and belt-clip. It can trigger audible or silent alarms to police, medical or fire services, and the panic signal always gets through, even if your security systems are disarmed.
You must press and hold the panic button for 2 full seconds to activate the alarm, avoiding needless false alarms. A red LED will light on the device provides confirmation that the panic signal has been sent to the alarm panel.
